We take the security of your payment information seriously. This page explains how payments are processed and what measures we use to protect your financial data.
All payments on our website are processed by Stripe, one of the world's leading payment infrastructure providers. Stripe is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
This means that your payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe's secure infrastructure — we never see, store, or have access to your full card number. For more information, see Stripe's security documentation.
We accept the following payment methods through Stripe:
Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay (where available)
Regional payment methods: additional methods may be available depending on your location
We employ multiple layers of security to protect your transactions:
SSL/TLS encryption: all data transmitted between your browser and our website is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols
Tokenisation: Stripe replaces your card details with a unique token, so your actual card number is never exposed
3D Secure: for eligible cards, we support 3D Secure authentication (Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode) for an additional layer of verification
Fraud detection: Stripe's machine learning algorithms continuously monitor transactions for suspicious activity
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your selected region. The final amount charged to your payment method will be in the currency shown at checkout. If your card is denominated in a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply a foreign exchange fee.
When you place an order, we authorise your payment method for the order total. The charge is captured once your order is confirmed and being prepared for dispatch. If your order cannot be fulfilled, the authorisation is released and no charge is made.
If a payment fails, you will be notified at checkout with a message explaining the issue. Common reasons for payment failures include:
Insufficient funds
Incorrect card details
Card issuer declined the transaction
3D Secure verification not completed
If you continue to experience payment issues, please contact your bank or contact us for assistance.
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and credited back to your original payment method. Refund processing times vary by card issuer but typically take 5-10 business days. For full details, see our Refund and Returns Policy.
For order management and customer service purposes, we store:
The last four digits of your card number (for identification only)
Card type (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
Billing address
Transaction reference numbers
We never store full card numbers, CVV codes, or PIN numbers. For more information about how we handle your personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
