While coffee itself is not classified as a major allergen, some of our products may contain or come into contact with the following allergens:
Milk and dairy products — some flavoured coffees or blended products may contain milk-based ingredients
Tree nuts — nut-flavoured coffees or products processed in facilities that handle nuts
Soy — may be present in certain food products or as a processing aid
Wheat and gluten — may be present in accompanying food products or baked goods
Eggs — may be present in certain accompanying food products
Sesame — may be present in food products or processed in shared facilities
Important: Our products are processed, packaged, and stored in facilities that also handle other food allergens. Despite our best efforts to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens. Coffee beans: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal the bag tightly or transfer to an airtight container. Best consumed within 4 weeks of opening.
Ground coffee: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Best consumed within 2 weeks of opening for optimal freshness.
Perishable food items: Follow storage instructions printed on the product label. Refrigerate where indicated.
All products carry a best-before or expiry date on the packaging. Please check dates upon receipt and consume products before the stated date. Do not consume products that have passed their expiry date or show signs of spoilage.
