You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
The product is not a perishable food item that has been opened
Due to the nature of food products, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened coffee bags or food products (for hygiene and food safety reasons)
Perishable goods that have passed their best-before date
Custom or personalised blends
Gift cards or vouchers
Products marked as final sale

Describe the reason for the return
We will provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions within 2 business days
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned product
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.
We offer exchanges for unopened products of equal or lesser value. For exchanges to a higher-value product, you will be charged the price difference. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged product, or defective goods). We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
